- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They have very little attention to detail. I paid them to collect the contents of my daughter's storage unit (dorm room stuff), pack it for shipping, and send it across the country. The were accommodating on getting it scheduled and meeting my deadline. When I received the boxes it was clear that the person that did the packing either doesn't know how to pack or doesn't care. I paid for boxes to be repacked (prepared for shipping vs. sitting in a storage unit) and there were numerous boxes that clearly had not been repacked. A printer was shipped with NO packing materials - loose in a box. Glassware was shipped with NO packing materials - arrived broken. Clothing was repacked - into a very large box half full of clothes and half full of packing peanuts. Could have used those peanuts around the glassware and not the sweaters. I filed a complaint twice with the store manager and did not get a single response. I paid $1700 for this service and certainly would not recommend it.By Sherry Gibson, September 17, 2017
